Program Structure & Timeline
Foundation Phase (Weeks 1-4)
We begin with establishing your personal mindfulness practice. You'll learn basic meditation techniques, body awareness exercises, and how to create moments of mindfulness throughout your day. This phase focuses on building consistent habits that will support your growth throughout the program.
Exploration Phase (Weeks 5-8)
Now we dive deeper into understanding your patterns of thinking and feeling. Through guided self-inquiry and group discussions, you'll explore limiting beliefs, discover your values, and begin to see how your mind creates much of your experience. This is often where participants have their biggest insights.
Integration Phase (Weeks 9-12)
The final phase focuses on applying everything you've learned to create lasting change. You'll develop your personal toolkit of practices, learn how to maintain your growth momentum, and create an action plan for continuing your development beyond the program. We also cover how to handle setbacks with compassion.
